The foundational capabilities that make the Legal AI C3 defensible, scalable and institution-grade.
Each module is a distinct capability of the Legal AI C3 — integrated, governed, and powered by the Decision AI Engine.
Not one of the hundreds of legal AI point solutions. The enabling framework that makes them — and your entire legal operation — perform at a fundamentally higher level.
The Agentic Lawyer generates, reviews and negotiates across all major practice areas — draft to execution.
Embedded regulatory precision on every document — the clause engine adapts automatically to the applicable legal regime.
AI augmentation — not replacement — across every stage of the legal value chain.
| Workflow Stage | Agentic Lawyer Handles | Human Lawyer Focuses On |
|---|---|---|
| Document Drafting | First-draft generation for all agreement types | Strategic clause negotiation and commercial position-taking |

| Due Diligence | DD document processing and finding classification | Evaluating Critical findings; risk advisory to deal team and Board |
| Regulatory | Regulatory reference checking and compliance monitoring | Regulatory strategy, regulator relationships, licence structuring |

LinkedInChristopher Davis has over four decades of continuous international legal practice. First appointed General Counsel in 1986 — at age 26, for New Zealand's largest life insurance company — he was admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 1990, training at McKenna & Co in the City of London (now CMS). There he founded and led the Due Diligence Group, directing teams of up to 50 lawyers on acquisition investigations across Europe, and establishing due diligence as a recognised specialist legal practice in the UK.
His career has spanned the City of London, continental Europe, New Zealand, Australia and Asia — including General Counsel and Company Secretary roles at Porsche UK, Thames Water, Assurant/The Warranty Group Asia, and bolttech Europe. A legal technology pioneer since 1991, Christopher founded a virtual law firm in the City of London and later co-founded LexFutura with Zaid Hamzah, advising law firms and the Law Society of England & Wales on the future of legal services.
Christopher is the author of Due Diligence Law & Practice (Thomson Reuters) — the leading practitioner reference on M&A due diligence in over 80 countries. He designed LexQuantum's proprietary AI-First M&A platform, which compresses integrated due diligence and transaction management timelines using LLM tooling. More recently, as General Counsel (Fractional) to Mavi.group, he has demonstrated how AI-assisted contract tooling delivers senior-quality legal output at start-up economics.
Taimoor Akhtar is admitted as Advocate at the Punjab Bar Council, Pakistan (Law degree, 2022) and specialises in the design and deployment of AI-powered systems for legal workflows. He works at the translation layer between legal practice and AI infrastructure — building the orchestration logic, integrations, and production-grade architecture that make LLM-based legal automation operationally reliable in live client environments.
His engagements in the legal sector have included AI-assisted onboarding and client intake automation for a US personal injury law firm, an adviser compliance and onboarding system for an Australian financial services platform governed by a customised compliance framework, and multi-channel conversational AI architecture with intelligent routing, decision-branch logic, and human-in-the-loop escalation for client matter triage. He has also designed AI classification systems for inbound legal communications, with particular focus on the boundary between automated handling and required human review — the structural problem at the heart of compliant legal AI deployment.
Taimoor's technical stack covers Anthropic Claude API, OpenAI, n8n, Make, conversational AI engines, voice AI platforms, and self-hosted Linux orchestration infrastructure — deployed across SMS, email, voice, and document workflows. His client work spans the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.
At LexQuantum.ai, Taimoor leads engineering delivery of the Legal AI Command & Control Centre — translating practitioner requirements into production-ready agentic AI systems.
LexQuantum.ai works directly with clients and partners to design and deploy bespoke Legal AI Command & Control Centres. Every engagement is a systems-design partnership — not a software subscription.
